Worst customer service ever! We made an online reservation, and when we arrived to complete the paperwork, Karen informed us that they didn't have any of the unit we reserved available. She said a reservation reserves the price, and not the unit. How can you reserve the price for something you don't have. She didn't put forth any effort in attempting to locate a unit at another location or finding a comparable unit there.
