Got charged for a whole month after canceling and it doesn't seem like they will do anything about it

Good service and Clean area
The lady at my storage space has set me up as well as l could of been. It will vost me hundreds to move my stuff from this public storage to another. But getting a discounted price and 2 months rent helps. Not sure what u will charge starting the 4th month? Why cant that price be clear?
