Horrible!! They lie about their move in cost with a lot of fees, they lied about how much furniture would fit inside the smaller storage and they will not do a refund on any fees if you cancel after the "move in" date so that is over $100 for move in and all I get is a lock for that price (if they claim the unit is clean). Their app is horrible. It does not work. Horrible company. The storage space is smaller than a small closet.
Excellent and responsive customer service. Joy responded timely to my voicemail, and was friendly and patient onsite. Starting rental rates are awesome and did not change when I decided to reserve a space. Thanks!! 🙏
