Public Storage in Rockledge was incredibly easy to sign up for online when I went to the unit. I realized it was a bit smaller than I anticipated and Bridget kindly and quickly help me upgrade my storage size with ease and comfort would recommend this place 10 times over again!
I was prompted to leave a review, so that is what I am going to do! I really do love this storage location, which is why I’m so disappointed to even be writing this. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location itself is extremely convenient. I first rented my unit in March 2025, when I was 5 months pregnant. I had a great experience at Public Storage in Rockledge, and Dale was a huge reason why. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and providing great customer service. Dale is amazing and definitely deserves recognition. I highly recommend this location!
