I inquired about relocating to a larger unit and Dale’s assistance and service was impeccable. Also, Vicki is always providing superb service. Both are excellent and valuable employees in my opinion and experience.

Horrible!! They lie about their move in cost with a lot of fees, they lied about how much furniture would fit inside the smaller storage and they will not do a refund on any fees if you cancel after the "move in" date so that is over $100 for move in and all I get is a lock for that price (if they claim the unit is clean). Their app is horrible. It does not work. Horrible company. The storage space is smaller than a small closet.
