I have been a Public Storage customer at this location for several years. I often see Dale there when I go into the office to pay my monthly bill. He is always very helpful, polite, courteous, and professional. He answers my questions and has, on more than one occasion, helped reduce my unit monthly rental charge. His customer service skills are excellent.
Very nice staff and clean facilities.
The agent I talked to was not helpful. I could hardly understand his thick accent and he got upset when I would ask questions but the space is great. I enjoy the space it’s very clean and the lock was there when I got there.
I am a long time customer at Public Storage in Suntree and Dale has always been kind, caring, and helpful!!! I am so appreciative of his superb assistance and professionalism over the years. 5 stars is not enough for Dale! 😊 Thank you!!!!!
