Excellent experience from initiating the storage unit rental as advised to returning the loaner lock, everything went very smoothly. I was very impressed with the Bluetooth technology used to access and egress the facility. The interaction with site personnel was positive and professional. Dale is the man! Truly superior customer service! He knew everyone that came through the gate. We needed to upgrade to a bigger unit right after moving our stuff in and Dale made that process so much easier and way less of a headache! The units are clean and the climate control was so nice. Especially moving in a Florida heatwave!
