Super disappointed! I have stored my things here for 4 years and my monthly payment went from $179 - $254. I paid with auto pay and never once had a late payment but when i went to cancel, it directs you to cancel your auto pay which i did. So my last month did not get paid on time and they enforced a $50 late fee. I even tried calling management and they haven't called me back. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends or clients!
Everyone from the front desk to the district manager were so rude!
This place has the worst customer service! Will never use their services again. The prices are outrageous and the staff is unbelievably rude, from the front desk people to the management. THE WORST!!
