Better customer service. be honest and upfront about your fees online when making a reservation. I should not have to hear about a lock fee and required insurance when I arrive.
RecommendedWe are customers at the Wise Ave location. I like the convenience of the location and the fact that they worked with me when they over booked rental units. My only complaint is they do not have the extended access hours that other locations have. It’s hard to make it there by 5:00 and 6:00 with working. Other locations have access hours til 9:00.
I have never seen a place that could careless about there customers. Ants are crawling all over my stuff from a crack in the foundation and not one person with this company would help us. My stuff is covered in ants and I have not one to help. DO NOT PUT YOUR THINGS HERE. They adjust the prices and are less then helpful. Worst company ever.
