They said it was secured storage for our RV. I had a few things I left in it and some totes and generator on the back rack. We dropped it off at 6 pm. Forgot food in the freezer, went back at 7 pm. Left until the next afternoon when I had room to put stuff in my car. Generator was gone and my totes sifted through. Doesn't deserve a star but I had to put something. The desk clerk didn't even go out to look around until the officer came out. She laughed and acted like it was our fault. No security cameras outside or in the uni... read more

Recent string of unit robberies, and facility isn't doing anything about it. They don't even lock the doors after 9pm, like they claim. Someone walked off with someone's Harley Davidson, from a top floor unit... We pay really high rent, and can't even feel secure. Extremely bad business.
These people are nasty and liars. Sister died, gave them the death certificate, copy of will and still they would not let me in the unit. And my name was on the contract as the alternate. You need to ask them about their 'PRIVATE INTERNAL" document that states they can lock you out AND keep your items for a certain period of time. They will NOT give you a copy. While trying to lock us out of the unit I had the door pulled down on my arm that was in a brace. I actually filed an assault charge against them and now have a my la... read more
