Ann at Public Storage Castro Valley is incredibly attentive, professional, and always willing to help. She takes the time to answer questions, makes the process smooth and easy, and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend working with her.
Peggy was Awsome! Place is clean it’s exactly where I want to leave my personal effects until am ready to reunite with them!!! And yes in this heat climate control is a plus!!!
Overall, I had a great experience with Public Storage. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and felt safe. I really liked that access to the building and each floor is controlled, which gave me extra peace of mind that my belongings are secure. My only suggestion would be the pricing. I wish the monthly rental rates were a little more affordable. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this location.

Eh it was just fine, nothing special honestly. The place was clean enough but the person at the front desk seemed a bit distracted and didnt really help me find my unit, I ended up wandering around for a bit. I got my stuff in and out without any issues so it did the job, but the price is definately on the high side for what you get. Wouldnt go out of my way to come back, but if you need storage for a few months it works.
