Blake was excellent, made the rental process seamless. Very quick and helpful.
Really bad experience so far renting a unit. No follow up, no directions on how to access, can't speak to anyone on the property itself. Just poor communication, everything locked down, no follow through. Pretty miserable renting from these guys.
I came into collect some infant items we stored in between kids and found rice and rat poison in our belongings (an infant bouncer). Reached out to corporate and was told someone would call within 72 hours, and left a survey indicating what I found. Nobody has reached out. This is awful practice and a poor reaction to a serious situation . I do not recommend.
