My move out experience was a nightmare! I went to move all my furniture out of my climate controlled storage unit yesterday and I found my mattress, box spring, nightstand, dresser, and couch have all been ruined with mold and infested with rodent pee and poop. I was told I would have to dispose of those items elsewhere not at the dumpster on site or I would be charged extra.
