Great experience at the Public Storage location on Britton park in Fishers, IN. We needed to exchange our existing unit with a larger unit. The property manager was very helpful in identifying a suitable unit and then seamlessly completed the transfer. She offered valuable tips on how best to access the unit and explained the changes in payment related to the transfer.
Terri is amazing! I appreciate how clean the entire facility is. I like that there is a full time manger on-site so I know that my items are safe. Thanks Terri!
We recommend this storage facility - it’s well-kept and easy to navigate a big vehicle through. We’ve rented a couple of units here at various times and Terri is always a great help!
Staff is incredibly friendly and the facility is clean and updated. The property is well organized with large driving lanes unlike other facilities. I am very impressed by the value of this facility.
