Nene is the best! Whether I have a quick question or need more hands-on assistance, she’s always there with a positive attitude and deep knowledge. Nene truly goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free!
Very easy to use for first-timers, storage locker was clean, access was convenient for parking and there are trolleys in the lobby for large items. Nene did a great job explaining the whole process, fee structure etc. I will update my review if anything changes over the several months that I plan to use it.
Prices are high, but what do you expect in Silicon Valley? Increases are all too frequent. My rate has almost doubled in 8 years. I know that's not being passed on to the front-line employees.
Nene and Ashley were very kind and helpful through my unit transfer. I made some mistakes that caused extra work on their end but they were very patient and helped me with all the questions along the process. It made my day much brighter.
