I just wanted to recognize Nene’s great customer service she was super helpful and easy going I appreciate her patience and guidance in the exchange of storage units.. please make sure she gets some type of recognition for her great service!!! Even the customer before seemed super hPpy the service he received from Nene.
This process of renting a storage space at this location went very smoothly and Nene made the experience very pleasant.
Got there well within store hours but door to the lobby was locked, no one was there, and carts were behind a locked door. Entered through the other door and there were swarms of flies for some reason. Costed more than I would’ve liked to pay, and the “first-time fee” definitely didn’t help.
Nene is the best! Whether I have a quick question or need more hands-on assistance, she’s always there with a positive attitude and deep knowledge. Nene truly goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free!
