An employee named Russell at the 875 E Arques facility in Sunnyvale was extremely helpful. He even got me a discount in the monthly rent, which for a retired person on a fixed income is a big deal.

They’re close by, they’ve had the storage I needed, the building is always clean, and staff members have been friendly and helpful. Nene made renting a storage unit quick and painless. She gave me a couple of different options for the size I wanted, and then explained how the billing would work. Easy peasy.
I just wanted to recognize Nene’s great customer service she was super helpful and easy going I appreciate her patience and guidance in the exchange of storage units.. please make sure she gets some type of recognition for her great service!!! Even the customer before seemed super hPpy the service he received from Nene.
