They let a known thief rent a storage unit. It turns out he was raiding hundreds of units around the bay and they just let him in. Over $11,000 of my stuff got stolen thanks to their mismanagement. I am consulting with a lawyer to pursue my legal options. Do not deal with this company that lets criminals in.
