I am uniquely impressed by Elijah's ability to anticipate my needs, respond to my inquiries, and find me a solution. I have decades of retail management experience, and if I were still in the industry, I would do everything I could to poach this employee. Storage is such an intractable reality (and expense) for so many New Yorkers. While I can't say that I am overjoyed with my financial relationship with PS, I am pleased to have my experience assuaged by such a communicative and sincere individual.
I had a great experience with Elijah, the manager at 4102 Northern Blvd. He was kind and courteous and helpful and I appreciated his wonderful customer service.
We were treated like "valued clients" by Elijah. He was kind, caring, and very professional. We got a great space at a great price. Elijah is management material and I highly recommend him as someone to work with if you need Storage.
