The storage units themselves are decent and clean, but definitely a bit overpriced depending on time of year (I took it regardless cause this was the closest storage unit to my house). The customer service on the other hand, absolutely horrendous, by the older lady at the reception. On the multiple occasions I went to the location, I met 4 separate individuals working there, 3 of which were extremely nice and courteous, but this older lady was absolutely horrendous and rude, was always on the phone and was completely unhelpf... read more
Nikita and Tamika were amazing! So helpful and thorough. I really enjoyed the interaction from making sure I had the right size unit, to materials and coverage. It was a pleasure!
