They raise the rent about every 3 or 4 months. And now we NO longer have light inside because they are to cheap to pay for it. We pay rent but can have no light when it is dark. Will be moving my stuff out as soon as I can find a different storage company!!!! When we complained about no light they said they weren't going to fix it because they don't have to. So we don't have to rent from them because we don't have to!!!!!

I will never use this facility again!!! I paid my monthly payments on line and because I did not pay the late fee my online payment access was shut off and they required me to pay cash in person, even though there was no issue with any payment. I also had to pay for another lock which was an additional charge for no reason. Mind you my monthly fee were paid, it was a late fee that had not been paid. Also, what I fail to mention is that our unit was broken into and That was not taken under consideration!! Don't do it!!! Crook... read more
Never store anything in these places for more than a year or not at all. It's not meant for long term. They do not reward longevity or referrals. They will raise your rates every year. They get you in a catch 22
