Worst company ever The people on the phone why do you they don't tell you about the insurance They don't tell you you have to buy their $25 stupid lock Then after being a customer for 6 months they will Jack your rent up about 23 $24
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Was told that we need to back down with the attitude even though we were attacked verbally. Would never recommend this place. Even the movers told us that they are the worst to work with. We were here on Sept 12 2019 at 4 pm.
Was told today by an attorney from #publicstorage that if your payment is late, then on the 19th day your unit will be scheduled for a lien sale. No notification required. Is this due process? Would you trust this company with your stuff?
Everyone who works here who's remotely nice to people to has left. All I run into now when I go to the office are rude people.
