I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to one of your team members, Cierra. I had a bevy of incorrect information on my two storage spaces that caused a billing problem. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and made what was something I was dreading into an enjoyable conversation and she resolved my account problems promptly.
I barely been in one unit two months and already my rent has raised to almost twice of the normal market rate for the space advertised by this company
Cierra at the 311 N 16th Street location went above and beyond when it came to assisting me. She called me back and took good care of me. God Bless
