Petra is super friendly and always has a smile on her face
I've rented a unit from Public Storage more than 7 years now and have known all the help that has worked there. I've never heard of anyone breaking into anyone else's storage or bothering other tenants. The area is always neat and clean and when needed the staff gets right on it. I can't say that for CubeSmart where I lost 80% of my antiques and collectibles to a burglary the managers boyfriend was involved in while she claimed they had no security video of those who broke in when it was obvious to police she was lying to th... read more
