Petra is amazing.i had such a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Petra. She was incredibly kind and gracious from the moment I walked in. Her customer service was on point. She moved with efficiency, explained everything clearly, and treated me with so much respect. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she’s helping. I truly enjoyed her energy. Thank you, Petra, for making the whole process smooth and pleasant.
I had a storage locker here for about two years. My only complaint was that the price kept going up and the folks at the corporate office of the company pretend to have no way to make adjustments. They gave me no empathy, no apologies... just 'Yeah, our hands are tied.' That said, the employees at this particular location are amazing. Cierra, in particular, is incredibly helpful and kind. Even as I am taking my business elsewhere, she went above and beyond to help me. The corporate office could learn a lot from her.
Cierra was very helpful on move-in day. Answered all my questions and helped me schedule a lightbulb change.
