I had a good experience recently during my visit here. I has lost my keys for a lock and Ms. Jennifer was really good communicating with me and helping me cut my lock and able to help me purchase a new lock with keys. Jennifer is awesome and she is very informative on what ever service is needed in that place

Since moving back to California things have not been the best and especially with my unit at the Ashland Public storage there's been a rat infestation since moving in there and not much was done about it with the past management. But today was good I went to check on my unit and a beautiful young lady by the name Jennifer was there and she was very helpful and she listened to me as well as took notes and was very understanding of all my concerns.
