Candy was very helpful to me even though I was extremely confusing. I kept having to switch dates and even the size of my storage unit. She was patient and very helpful to me. This is not the first time we have used Public Storage and I don't doubt it will be the last. 5 stars.
We stored our entire house here for 4 months. While emptying the unit we encountered countless brown recluse spiders and our things were covered in booklice. All of our stuff was also covered in a thick layer of dirt. The units have about a foot gap from the top of the wall to the ceiling. So if your unit neighbor has bugs you will too. The manager was already aware of the spiders and brushed it off as no big deal. We had to call our exterminator to handle the bugs.
