We stored our entire house here for 4 months. While emptying the unit we encountered countless brown recluse spiders and our things were covered in booklice. All of our stuff was also covered in a thick layer of dirt. The units have about a foot gap from the top of the wall to the ceiling. So if your unit neighbor has bugs you will too.
