Be aware that if you rent from here, your rent could go up involuntarily every so many months until your paying a ridiculous amount. And it doesn't help if you have been a long time customer, if you have autopay, have never been late with a payment, been a loyal customer, nothing. Your payment WILL go up. And no matter who you speak to there will not be an answer as to why other than we have a right to increase payment and there is no cap as to how much.
