John was AMAZING! He was very caring & personable when I first arrived. He made sure that all my needs were addressed and met. I wanted an indoor climate controlled unit but when John saw the unit number assigned he walked me through the buildings to show me the differences between indoor unit & an indoor climate controlled unit & quickly switched the unit over to the one that best suited my needs.
I really joy this storage and the management on duty John.
Edit: Before reading the previous experience, know that the issue was kindly resolved by a manager named John. He's currently in charge and explained everything to me and was extremely understanding about my frustrations meanwhile. Because of this, I am raising the review stars by one, and will say I am impressed with the fact that they absolutely do check their Google reviews and look for solutions.
