Kandi had amazing customer service, and was very helpful, and explained everything I needed to know!!
The service was great but only if you get the right salesman and not the Rude Lady.
Storage is fine, app barely works and the woman with white hair that appears to be the sole employee is rude, unhelpful and never available. No one seems to work in the office from afternoon to evening and the employee treats customers like she’s being inconvenienced for even having to speak to them. Needs more staff who are more professional.
Really great experience. Associates have always been professional and nice. Will go back the next time I need storage...
