What makes this encounter today even more impressive is that I hate (as in H-A-T-E) Public Storage Corporation & more specifically, how they do business. They take advantage of employees, storage tenants (MOST ESPECIALLY long time tenants) ...and they do it with arrogance knowing your tenant agreement permits their cavalier abuse. Living out of the country, I have had all my personal possessions and art work in this location for 10 years. I've never experienced any issues. Security, climate control and unit cleanliness (no animal droppings, etc.) is very important to me. (I have someone who checked up on my unit regularly.)
