Got a bit behind on payments but then I caught up. In the interim the staff entered my unit and stole some of my things. I called the regional manager, had to leave a VM, but she never returned my call. Steer clear of this location. They are thieves. Everett MA

Do not rent here. They are scamming you on insurance because you do have options. I bet you didn’t know that they got sued four years ago for this. When you try to reach out they block you. Once they know the phone number they won’t put you through to anyone.

They do not allow you access to your stuff only til 6pm mon through Friday and 5 pm on weekends. Major inconvenience when you work. They upped their monthly rate by $35 I couldn’t afford that. Was in the unit for almost 5 years. GVe them a lot of money. When we first went in we could go in 24/7 which was very convenient! Prices raised a little over the years but not like this! Glad I got my stuff out!

Lazy people who don’t do their jobs would much rather play on their phones. The lack of customer service at the broadway location in Everett ma is the lowest of the low. I’ve worked in retail and have had customer service jobs that if I treated people the way these people do I’d be fired on the spot! Not to mention they leave with people locked inside their locked gate! Unexceptable

There is always a problem when I am here! Today, the supposedly secure door is broken and left ajar (clearly not keeping my belongings protected) and there were no dollies/pushcarts to move my stuff. There were only two other SUVs in the parking lot and the people in those vehicles were only using one cart each. I'm 5 months pregnant and can't carry heavy things. This place is useless. Insecure and not stocked with the materials one would need to utilize it.
