Melissa was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! I needed temporary storage for my truck camper and they even credited me back some money for not using the entire 30 days! Really love the clean facility and friendly assistance. David the regional manager also helped turn an initially negative situation at another location around to be a great experience. Five stars all around.
It is such a pleasure to have something go well which often times has been extremely stressful in the past. This afternoon I had the pleasure of working with Mark at my Public Storage facility and I found him to be truly dedicated to helping me get in and out as soon as possible. He is clearly a caring professional who takes customer service seriously.
