I went in on the 24th of August to rent a unit and the site manager stated that she had one i replied i only need it on the 31st she replied go ahead and get it now because we might not have it so i paid for the unit and the insurance and the key i went back on the 25th and told the same site manage i won't be needing it because my daughter is getting a moving company to come get my stuff the manager informed me that i can't get my money back for the unit but i could get the money for the key and the insurance i am an elderl... read more
