The elevator lighting didn’t work so we worked out of a dark space. The manager on duty tried to pressure me to purchase insurance and stated it was required and the lease said it wasn’t required. The storage unit is definitely NOT 5 by 5. It’s also slanted and so one side is shorter than the other. There are only two carts and so you can’t haul anything unless you wait a while for someone to finish.
