Received great support and help from Terry, Maurice, and Thair during the time I had used this facility for my storage needs. They always tried to get me the best rates and all my stuff was secure. They faithfully assisted me with moving in, downsizing, and moving out.
I was late on my payment because of sudden death in my family so they cut my lock and placed their own. I pay my balance and purchase a new lock. They removed their locks and I go into my unit and realize they stole our valuable items. Insurance is null since there was no forcible entry. That means it was an inside job. In fact we know it was the employee THAIR. He always try's to see what we have in the unit when we come. Smfh! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!
