I’ve been a customer for a good while already, over a year to be exact. Laquisha the property manager returned my call with in minutes. Not only did she answer my many questions but she went above and beyond my expectations. I felt at ease over the phone, something I myself am always a nervous wreck about. Terrible location, bad elevator, terrible customer service, and no good customer service number to call. Everytime I asked for a good customer service number to call they would give me the number that would keep letting me speak to the same person in the location which would not help. Plus many more issues!! Paid movers to move my stuff (I was 6 months pregnant) which they did then called me to say they couldn’t close my account because movers left some random stuff. Thank you Stephanie again for all of your help. It was nice speaking with an Manager and not a robot. She answered all of my questions and kept me laughing. It's good to have a good personality dealing with the public.
