My rental space was infested with rats and management does not care. Insurance only covers $250 of vermin coverage, with a $100 deductible - worthless. But management says they aren't insurance adjusters! When I talked to the manager, he told me I was covered for $5K - hard to believe he didn't know they didn't cover vermin. No apology, nothing..they don't care about you and they definitely don't care about your belongings.
