My rental space was infested with rats and management does not care. Insurance only covers $250 of vermin coverage, with a $100 deductible - worthless. But management says they aren't insurance adjusters! When I talked to the manager, he told me I was covered for $5K - hard to believe he didn't know they didn't cover vermin. No apology, nothing..they don't care about you and they definitely don't care about your belongings. I have rented here for years, spent thousands of dollars in storage fees, and am truly heartbroke... read more

Honoring their online guaranteed rate and charging me the correct amount for one. The district manager should learn how to answer his phone and emails when a customer calls re over charging. Also, not charging me a full month's rent when I return the unit on the first of the month. Also, not sending me to collections after 10 days for the last bill that the employee said he would follow up with me on after checking with the manager to see if he could get it waived based on 1. over charging and 2. return on dec 1. HORRIBLE EX... read more

Our unit was to be auctioned unless paid. I paid it and found out that it had been gone through and valuable items stolen. No one else had a key but management. Theft and rats.

As close to a scam as a storage place could be – First - their $1 for the first month is total hogwash. It costs a min. of $35 to do their "registration" process - and that's if you waive all the extra insurance and crap. Then, if you sign up mid-month you really only get the rest of that month for $1 (well, $35 plus $1) - they call you up on the end of the month and tell you your next payment is due because their billing cycle is month to month. They make you pre-pay for each month - and then don't refund you if you move ou... read more
