They are the worst. Lisa Thomas and Marina Herrera are district and regional manager who do not care about customers. They allowed a unauthorized user to have my gate code and $8000 worth of things were stolen fro’m me. They hung up on me when I tried to resolve this issue and now I’m taking Lisa to Small Claims Court. There was also rat poop all over every item in my unit. They have a HUGE RAT PROBLEM. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They don’t care about anybody. Only Dora is nice enough to be helpful..
Who else has been railroaded by Public Storage? After 20 years of being a continuous customer, our business is shown their appreciation by PS continually raising prices until we are paying twice as much as those just renting... with "no possibililty" of us ever receiving discounted prices. I say GOODBYE. This is OUTRAGEOUS and I suggest BOYCOTTING Public Storage.
