They are the worst. Lisa Thomas and Marina Herrera are district and regional manager who do not care about customers. They allowed a unauthorized user to have my gate code and $8000 worth of things were stolen fro’m me. They hung up on me when I tried to resolve this issue and now I’m taking Lisa to Small Claims Court. There was also rat poop all over every item in my unit. They have a HUGE RAT PROBLEM. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They don’t care about anybody. Only Dora is nice enough to be helpful..
