After moving away to a small town, I am now realizing how good I had it at Public Storage. They knew me by name, the facilities were always clean and everything was in good working order. Instead of giving my current storage place a bad review, I’m just going to praise my old Public Storage location for setting the bar pretty high.

❌ THE WORST PLACE EVER! A TOTAL NIGHTMARE AND THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE! This is an absolute nightmare, I’m speechless! I showed up and was horrified: the place is completely overrun by rats! These pests have ruined, chewed up, and destroyed my belongings. The damage is colossal, and I’m out a massive amount of money!
