We have rented at this public storage for about 1.5 years. they raised our rent twice fine, but then this last month November 2019) we discovered our unit had been ruined by rats...urine and feces everywhere, items scratched and chewed. I had hardly used baby swings etc that are unusable. we took what we could salvage and got another unit with a different company asap.
