I went to the Public Storage in Schaumburg on Roselle Road to pay my bill and I must say Khalilah had great customer service (Great Job)
I like the place. The roads are soooo bad though
I just started renting a space for my overflow of items. I had a couple issues that I needed help with. Lori the manager was sooo helpful. She is an asset to the company and deserves a star on customer service. Very clean property, highly recommend.
Linda the front desk person was amazing. She is very knowledgeable. Love talking and dealing with her.
