I am extremely disappointed with the service at Public Storage located at 1300 East Chicago Street, Elgin, IL 60120. The vehicle access gate frequently does not work. I had been waiting all winter to move some boxes, and when we finally had a nice sunny day, I took the day off work, woke up early, loaded my car, and drove to the facility only to find that the gate would not open. I called multiple times, left two voicemail messages, sent a text message, and contacted them through the app. I never received a response. No one ... read more
