Wow Cordy was great!! This was my 1st time renting a storage and he walked me through everything and made my move in so easy if you need anything come see Cordy.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not use this storage unit, there is a huge animal/pest problem. I have been using this storage for only 6 months, when I went this past weekend I noticed a huge problem. Rat droplets, and urine all over my furniture and items. My brand new couch is ruined!!!! I had it wrapped with plastic, come to find out these pest have chewed through them and destroyed my items. Dear Public Storage Management and Corporate Office I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a MOUSE INFESTATION in my climate-controlled storage unit, Unit Number # 2114, at your Pearland location facility. I have been storing my items at this facility for 2 years, expecting a safe, secure, and clean environment for my belongings.
