Rat Feces everywhere!!!! The hallway smells like rat pee and I kept gagging. My unit had so much poop in it. I’m going to have to disinfect every single thing we have in this unit! Which is a lot and it’s going to take time.
Joshua was very kind and courteous. He helped me with everything that I needed to get my move to go smoothly.
UPDATE!!! Went to empty out my unit earlier this week and found a huge dead rat on the floor as I took the last box out. Then, as we were leaving we could hear them and when we looked up they were running and climbing the rafters on top of the units!!! Horrible! Rat infestation in the climate controlled buildings. There is rat urine and feces all over the things in my storage unit and I'm sure many other people's as I can see where everyone is just sweeping all the crap out of their units all into the hallways.
