No onsite property manager to deal with system issues is just terrible! The system is down meaning electronic keypads are not working and there is no one here to resolve the issue. Calling customer service or dealing with chat is a joke as they only route you to a number in which you need to leave a voicemail and wait days for a return call. It would be great to have a plan in place to offer IMMEDIATE assistance for instances such as these.
They increase the storage price regularly however, no increase in pest control. Had to throw out all my items due to rat droppings and urine covering everything.
This used to be a great place. We’ve had a space here for years. But the last 10 months have been a nightmare. The place has become infested with rats and mice and they’ve barely done anything about it. Today I found out that corporate dragged their feet Trying to find the cheapest solution possible and hired a company to put out giant rat traps, but then didn’t pay the fee to have them come empty the traps of the dead rats. This place is awful. I signed up because of a welcome deal and regret it. The employees are incompetent. The staff is rarely available to assist. I have gone to access my unit probably 10 times in the past year and 4 of them I could not access it due to gate malfunctions. They have not offered any form of compensation for these inconveniences. Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!! I would rate 0 stars if j could… I WILL NOT be waste my money on this place ever again. The management is not useful or helpful. they never know anything. I was moved to the second building because their rate got stupid high. Once I was at the second unit, we started having so many issues. Their AC never worked; it was hot all the time in the building, and my stuff started to get moldy due to the heat and humidity in there. AC did not get fixed, then the RATS started to show up...
