5 Stars for Janise! Janise was super sweet and helpful from start to finish. She made the whole storage process quick and easy, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. The place was clean, secure, and well-run—thanks to her! If you go to this location, ask for Janise. She’s the best!

Don't rent here (or any Public Storage locations). Any rate they quote you will go up every 2-3 months by a lot (mine went from $96 to $163 in less than a year without any notice) and contacting anyone at the location is impossible, all customer service agents are outsourced to people that barely speak English and can't do anything for you. The location manager will never call you back, if there actually is one. They will continue to "bait and switch" you until you finally give up and leave.
