Don't leave your stuff in public storage for a few years they raise your rent every 6 months. My rent started off $160 a month it is now $412 which is totally ridiculous. I have no choice but to move all of my stuff out to another storage company.
I would strongly advise against using this storage facility. As someone who works in property management, I am very familiar with how renting operates, but this is extreme. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone since there is no direct point of contact. Over the past six months, I have left six messages, yet no one has returned my calls. The 1-800 number offers little assistance. Additionally, the rent increases every six months, and I now find myself paying exorbitant prices. I truly feel taken advantage of.
I did not know about the kiosk. I am for it!
Amelia was great with my move out on Memorial Parkway Drive in League City. She was not only professional but friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. If I ever need to rent a storage unit again I hope that she is the manager to assisit me. I highly recommend anyone that needs a storage unit to rent from public storage and to ask for Amelia.
