Rats. No offer of discount, just a paper with a number to call if anything is ruined. Everything is covered in rat droppings, chewed up boxes, wicker basket chewed up, a live rat in a bag of stuffed animals.... Everything smells of rats. Unbelievably disgusting.
Run as far as you can. My entire household of belongings became completely ruined with mold!! By the time I got to the back of my unit while cleaning it out, the whole back end was covered in rate feces. One of my Christmas Boxes they got into and the whole box was chewed and full of rate urine. I lost 1/2 my entire household that was in storage with no compensation.
