For starters when contacting folks to collect $$ owed on units you could make sure you have the correct phone number & if not don't continue to pester them up to 9 o'clock at night with phone calls - all this AFTER you've politely been told the person you're looking for isn't the person you called! Also- when turning said account over to collections you could make sure you don't give them the same incorrect phone number, thus possibly exposing yourselves to a potential lawsuit. I tried to make some kind of a payment so my stuff would not go to auction. There is family cremation remains in there. They wanted only payment in full and that they are going to be part of the auction. They would not let us at least get them. I'm going to retain my lawyer about selling human remains. I just don't know why people are so evil. Karma will get them if my lawyer don't. People buy a inclosed trailer so your not a victim to. Over money SMH
