This facility refuses to accept responsibility for a burst water pipe on their premises that caused thousands of dollars to my stored property. If it were an "act of God", a weather event, etc perhaps I could understand but a burst water pipe? I am suing them in court over this, court date is Nov 10th. Can't wait!
