I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Public Storage location. From the beginning of my rental, my unit had a serious pest problem. I repeatedly found animal droppings inside the unit, and several of my belongings—including expensive chairs and decorative thrones—were damaged. I reported the issue multiple times, but no one ever followed up or returned my calls. When I decided to move out, I spent days trying to contact the office to find out the proper move-out process. We were very happy with how well our car kept in this facility, we left it for over 5 months. The on site representative, Brianna, was super helpful ! We have decided to keep our space on a year to year basis. Highly recommended ❤️ 👍
