This company will take advantage of if you lose insurance on your unit. I had some items taken from my unit that were in the unit. I noticed the items missing after I put a new lock on the unit replacing the lock public storage put on it. The staff denied that anyone else went in the unit but my missing items say otherwise. Someone from Public Storage took advantage of me losing insurance and stole my missing items including high value electronics. This place is overpriced and will steal from you criminal. I tried to get Public Storage help with my brothers unit who is a United States Army Veteran currently in VA Hospital treatment. They moved him VA hospital to hospital so he has not been able to bring account up to date- leaving less than a 150$ balance. They won’t let me pay over phone said to have my 85 year old grandmother drive over 1.5 hours to pay in person to prevent his social security, birth certificate, a tv, army medals, army uniform from going up on auction. Love it the staff is extremely helpful and friendly the facility is extremely clean I highly recommend this storage company I give it my highest rating!!!!!!!!
