Frank the manager from Streamwood facility is the best!!! I rented storage lockers about 20 years now in good few locations and I met a lot of managers but I have never met someone like Frank!!! He responds faster than lightning to customer problems. Thank you Frank :)
Came by to look at some units. Mike was nice enough to show me around. We looked at various options. Mike was very helpful, I appreciated his help.

When I started renting at this property, the manager on duty, Darren, was so helpful. Now that there is no manager on duty, the property is not clean. There’s debris paper and leaves all over the place. The office area is fallen apart. The rent on my storage unit keeps going up and down. They lowered my rent and then raise it right away. They need to bring back management that is helpful.
Very clean property. Frank is always cheerful and a joy to talk to.
