DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I got a unit less than a year ago and they have now given me 2 rate increases of $45 each. That's $90 more than my original rate I signed up for. Horrible customer service!
We received Excellent service from Jessicaand had a great experience!
Extremely unsatisfied. Had to pay nearly $300 as rent as a penalty for a 1-day misunderstanding of the move-out date. Rent constantly increased once you move in: I say my rent increase from $178 to $276 across a two year period. Unable to speak to a human onsite on a weekday at 2 PM; forced to interact with a digital kiosk.
Jessica was super helpful and amazing getting us setup in the unit. Thanks Jessica!
The staff over the phone and the kiosk were very helpful and accommodating. Follow up on my reservation promptly and helped me access my storage within minutes
