The staff was great. Very friendly and very helpful. The business was well keep.
Very good service, was able to complete everything very easily without any trouble at all. Also, the access that we received was very good and able to come and go without any trouble as the facility is set up very well with all areas very easily gotten to.
My experience at the public storage in Queens village was plesent and most helpful..Chastity who helped me made it very easy. She helped me with the supply's I needed as well as a unit that I was looking for..Chastity made me feel comfortable and took the stress off my shoulders in looking for a unit..there should be more employees like Chastity who service you with a smile and the respect customers diserves...
Just wanted to say that i was very happy with customer service today. Katie & Laura was very professional and helpful. I asked questions and they answered fast and without hesitation and willing to go the extra mile for me. Thanks again and keep up the good work ladies, Hope to do business again soon.
Stephanie and her staff are an awesome service team. The Main Storage Building is very Clean along with having nice spacious climate control storages. T he price is very competitive and the first month was little to nothing. Than you!

Signed up for a unit over the summer for my college student daughter. When she first tried to enter after 5pm on her college move-out day her PIN would not work. No local contact number was available. She was forced to stay an extra night so she could get in the next day, when she was told at thE office that someone had forgotten to enter her PIN in the system. Horrible customer service after going to my storage unit to get my bed out. I found that my bed had mold all over it. Water had leaked all in my unit. They said there was nothing they could do. So now everything in my storage unit is ruined my bed tv dresser and the only thing they could offer me is a refund on last months rent. I spent over $1000 w ez storage plus spentmoney on a protection plan that covers nothing. Thanks ez storage of annapolis for screwing me over! Now I have to go buy everything all over again.
