I did the online rental of a Public Storage unit in Berkeley CA. The registration of the Unit at Harrison Street was very deceptive. The address and photo of the Harrison Street storage unit for the online registration was NOT the one that I was assigned to. That photo is only of one storage newer multi floor building and where the office is. There was no mention that this rental could be another facility down the road which much older, is poorly maintained, no active staff nearby and no photo. This is deceptive.
