Ok, I was hoping this would not happen but, I was overcharged $47.00. I called the location and cannot talk to a human being to explain the reason for the over charge. It looks like this storage location cannot be trusted and will necessitate my moving out soon. Be careful. They want your money without providing any real service.
The hours are only 6 AM To 6 PM. If you come in at 5:55, the entire system shuts down at 6, including the elevators and door locks. If you've left your unit open and unlocked, you won't be able to get in until the next morning, and there is no recourse. And the phone number provided won't let you talk with an actual person. Additionally, my unit had a water leak, resulting in damage to the contents.
