Fantastic storage unit if you: 1 - want your first floor unit to flood, regularly. With no notice given to tenants after their units are underwater 2 - want to have no management or assistance on-site, ever 3 - want your phone calls during working hours to go unanswered 4 - want to have obscenely limited access hours to get into your unit (6 PM) 5 - want to not be able to get in your unit, even during these limited hours, because the main access gate breaks frequently 6 - want to have twice-yearly 20%+ rent increases
