I went in to extend my storage for 1 more year and Vivian was awsome!! She went over and beyond her customer service! Thank you!
The customer service from Josephine was excellent. She guided me through each step using their automated system and bringing me to my unit. I switched to a bigger unit and she made it easy and seamless! Thank you!! Access hours are longer than others I shopped for too.
Exceptional positive experience and all due to Josephine, the Manager. She was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my move in and move out situation. I will pay her kindness forward. The facility is clean and a nice storage area.
This is an excellent Public Storage facility. I have rented here for several years. Josephine the manager is very pleasant and extremely helpful. I recommend 130 Landing Court if you are considering a storage unit.
