Prices increase too quickly and without adequate notice or explanation. But the staff are excellent, especially Josephine.
Josephine was super helpful and friendly. She genuinely tried her best to make our experience great and she did exactly that. She answered our questions and we ended up renting a space right away due to partly her genuine effort to make our effort as easy as possible. This is our first time renting a storage but we tried a couple other companies which was not so good experience. So, thank you to Josephine for her kindness and friendly gesture.

Josephine and her staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They took their time explaining all of the pricing options, promos and unit sizes I had available to choose from. Was in and out with all the paperwork and walked through the unit in less than 20 minutes! Highly recommend this location!
