Josephine at the Novato public storage was great. She worked with my needs and was helpful in suggesting what unit I needed for the amount of stuff I had.
Great place. Comes highly recommend must see for self. I was helped by josie. She friendly and helpful makes me feel welcome and appreciated. I will tell the rest of my family and friends.
I stopped by the Novato Public Storage and had a wonderful experience with Josephine who was incredibly helpful in changing the card on my account and telling me about other storage unit options if I need a second storage unit in another town. Haven’t moved in yet but the walk through was great. Josephine was friendly, informative, and helpful. The facility is nice and has updated entry using app with a keypad as backup.
I have been a Public Storage customer since 2023, and the constant rent increases have finally driven me to leave. I started at $129/month. Since then, my rent has increased as follows: $129 → $146 → $177 → $208 → $219 → $252 → and now $292/month. That means my monthly rent has gone from $129 to $292 in about three years — an increase of more than 126%. What is especially frustrating is how frequently these increases occur.
