The worst service I got in my entire life was by your employee, Nicole today. She did everything in her power to make sure that I do not move in the storage today. I went to her at around 315pm. She had way more than enough time to help a business owner but she chose to get off on time and waste her time with things that doesn't make a penny for the company Public Storage. I just got notified you changed your hours closing at 6pm M-F and 5pm weekends? Not pleased this is a major reduction from current hours. come on!
I will be looking for a different storage company very soon. I'm very worried about my unit getting broken into like several others have recently and now they are allowing homeless people to live in units. I no longer feel safe having my stuff there or having myself or my teen daughter to go there alone anymore. I should feel safe for us and our belongings.
No security! No hall cameras, no property cameras! The doors to the inside unit left open so my unit was robbed!! Worst place ever!! Management sucks!
