My partner is paying a car payment for our unit because they often increase by quite a lot for no reason. We’ve been renting for 2 years now. It goes up by a lot every couple of months, up by about 4x what we were originally paying. front office doesn’t care to help. I don’t understand how or why this place was recommended to us for long term use, it makes zero sense. We will be cancelling our lease soon.

For future and current renters be aware that they do not prorate your move out date. Regardless if it’s the 1st of the month. I vacated the unit on the first which could be verified by the gate activity but still want me to pay for the whole month for a 5’10’ unit $115. (They raised the price of the unit 6 or so months after so this wasn’t the move in price.) Management stated they would not allow me access once I pay, since I would be closing the account.
