I started renting in July 2020. I chose this business due to the great rate of $17/month that was offered. 6 months later, my rent was raised by $5. 6 months after that, my rent was raised to $34 which was double the original rate in 1 year. That totally unacceptable when the unit lists for $28/month on the website for new rentals.
