Lexi is awesome
The staff is phenomenal here!! Especially Ms.Lexi!! They're accommodating to all of my needs, and are extremely helpful and understanding if you're going through any hardships. The property is immaculate and the storage rooms are easily accessible. I recommend this place over any other public storage! Try them out and see for yourself!
I would like to thank Alexis aka Lexi for the great communication and keeping me up on important information when something is going on with my unit. She is very professional and kind hearted at her job. My unit was clean and the environment was clean when I first got there and love that plus the great customer service i experienced at the front desk with Lexi.
Lexi is the Best! If she is not there, wait wait wait!
From the first visit Alexis' customer service was excellent. She maintained a helpful, friendly and warm demeanor when going over the rental agreement, patiently helped my wife and I learn how to use the locks, and has been pleasant at every encounter. I do wish the facility had a couple more carts available.
