Lexie @ the Reames road location is the only reason I continue to lease with public storage. Her professionalism is always at 101% - she makes me feel heard and always makes the experience of dealing with Public Storage about my customer issues an absolute pleasure!! U been with public for almost a year haven’t had no complaints I worked with Lexi she is the BEST and super patient & understanding & very helpful
I just moved to Charlotte not too long ago and Anthony and Lexi made my moving experience such a pleasure and hassle free. Lexi was very attentive and Anthony was very patient and helpful, overall great customer service. 10/10!! I will be recommending my friends!
