The protey Mangers are never there. I came here on multiple times before 6 and waited hours for someone to drop my key of too, so I can get my lock off just for no one to every show up. And this is the only location I've had this problem with. Do not store with this location
Facility is nice enough. They upped my rent by over 100% in less then a year. Got in a 10x10 for under 150$ only for my rent to be upped every month until i am now paying 319$ a month. Absolute joke. Theyll wait till you get your stuff in there and then up your rent. Honestly feels like ive been scammed.
Garbage, lots of garbage in the loading/unloading zone. When I arrived, there were many people trying to move items in and out of the facility. There's only two carts for the whole place. I waited my turn. I did search the whole first and third floors for another cart and came up empty. Sunday morning I unloaded my U-Haul trailer. No one was there, which made it a more pleasant experience. Still, the one garbage can is overflowing. There's dead leaves and garbage in the elevators.
