I’ve done business with Public Storage since I moved to Charlotte nearly 4 years ago. I’ve stored with multiple locations over the years. Alexis by far has been the most professional and outgoing staff member I’ve encountered. The other lady who I met prior to Alexis is also well mannered and supportive with any of my challenges. Overall the staff is phenomenal. These ladies know what they’re doing and apply themselves to each task at hand. Thank you!
