My process was very smooth simple and well handled by Kristy.
Kristie was so incredibly helpful when I thought I had lost keys to my units, making the arrangements to set things right. And then she was patient and helpful days later when I found my keys and asked her to cancel what she had set up. She even drove down from W Coliseum to accommodate my schedule. What a kind soul she is -
The customer service agent did an excellent job.
Kristie was absolutely wonderful! I had my hands full with my baby while I was there and she was patient, understanding, and informative!
